About me
Jacques Sabiti
I’m Jacques Sabiti, a FIFA-licensed football agent.
But my foundations were built long before football.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain), where I learned to approach every decision with structure and analysis.
From boardrooms to the pitch
My career began inside global organisations.
At L’Oréal, as Product Manager, I ran the full marketing cycle — working with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to grow brands across several markets.
At Odoo, I managed complete sales cycles across EMEA, from understanding a client’s real needs to negotiating high-value, long-term contracts.
In 2017, I joined Michael Page, one of the world’s leading recruitment firms, as Senior Manager. My job was to position talent, lead demanding negotiations and build placements that last.
Football has always run alongside this career. I have been active in the game since 2014, including nearly four years as Account Manager at Stirr Associates. In January 2022, I founded The Family Group. Today, I dedicate myself to it full-time, bringing every player the same rigour, negotiation skills and long-term vision I developed in the corporate world.

I lead a team of five across Belgium, France and the Netherlands. We represent players and work with clubs and partners in Belgium, France, the UK and Portugal, with a family-centred, 360° approach to every career.
